Ball Buying Policy

  • The quote you receive from us is an estimate only. It is not a guarantee of the amount you will receive from us. It is important that you describe the balls you are selling as accurately as possible to ensure that you receive an accurate estimate. If the ball is damaged, or the weight is different from what is described, those things can drastically affect the amount given.
  • Balls that are significantly different than the description will be evaluated and payment will be sent based on what we feel is a fair value for the ball. BALLS WILL NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON! That is why it is absolutely imperative that you describe the balls very as accurately as possible.
  • We do not accept balls that have been plugged and re-drilled. Balls that have been plugged once, but not re-drilled are ok.
  • YOU MUST INDICATE PIN DISTANCE IN THE SUBMIT FORM! Pin distance is the distance, in inches, between the locator pin and the Center of Gravity on the ball. Also, please indicate the location of the center of gravity, whether it is in line with the pin and MB (if there is a Mass Bias marking) or if it is drastically off to one side or the other.
  • Cash will be sent via Paypal to the email address provided in the ball submit form. Please make sure it is the email address you have on file with Paypal. We are not responsible for funds being sent to an incorrect email address! Paypal is the only service we use to send cash to our customers. We feel it's the fastest, and easiest way to get you your money.
  • If you are offering more than one ball at a time, we only accept 4 balls per quote. If you have more than 4 bowling balls to sell, you will get more than one quote from us.
  • If a ball is damaged in transit, a claim will be filed with Fedex and payment will be sent once Fedex resolves the claim (usually within 2 weeks)
  • Unfortunately, due to the high prices of international shipments, we do not accept balls from outside of the continental US.
  • Prepaid Shipping Label is a Fedex Ground shipping label. Your package must be able to be dropped off at an authorized Fedex location. You can find your closest location here.
